A Lil’ Sip Into My Mornin’

Most people wake up like this:

^This is not actually me. 😉

But I have a special gift. I wake up and i’m like:

^This was me five years ago. Lookin’ good, but I needed to lose the beard. 😉

Anyways. For my breakfast, i’m trying to stay away from all-things-beautiful #mymomscooking because, already in a day i’m consuming too much sugar. And i’ve got my gut issues to show for it. 😦

So now for breakfast I drink this:


~Morning Detox Tea (recipe by Vicky)

  • 1 cup of warm water
  •   2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp of raw honey
  • 1 Tsp of cinnamon
  • A dash of Cayenne

^ really its not that bad, after two days, i’m feeling like its not the worst thing I’ve put on my taste buds.

One tip though: Drink it while its hot! Otherwise you’ll be drinkin’ boogers. Not kidding! When it gets cold it becomes like a big booger floating in a cup. 😛

Here are some pros and cons of this drink:

Pros: Get more energy for the day, grow an appetite for healthy food, detoxes gut, helps lose weight, helps control blood sugar, improves immunity, metabolism, digestion, hair and more. Its amazing stuff. Its a quartet of apple cider vinegar harmony! 😉

Cons: Drinks like a booger.

Anyways I really recommend this drink! Its extremely healthy for you! ♥
